In 1991, this passion took on a new name—MADO—and expanded into a global brand with a growing network of stores. Originating in Kahramanmaraş, MADO has become synonymous with authentic, handcrafted Turkish ice cream, renowned well beyond the borders of Türkiye.
Today, MADO operates over 300 restaurants across Türkiye and nearly 100 international branches in countries including the Netherlands, Germany, Uzbekistan, France, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Morocco, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Nakhchivan, Belgium, Libya, Tajikistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Turkmenistan, and China.
Passed down through generations, our story blends tradition with innovation. At our state-of-the-art facility in Kahramanmaraş, we produce 5 tons of ice cream per hour—up to 120 tons per day—alongside 10,000 trays of sherbet desserts, 50,000 milk-based desserts, and 10,000 cakes daily.
